Ray has spent 20 years working in the areas of family mediation, civil suit mediation, farm mediation, work place mediation, and victim/offender meditation. During that time he has also been actively involved in training mediators and teaching conflict management skills. He grew up on a farm and says there will always be a little farm boy on the inside. He has spent 40 years in organizational leadership in a variety of capacities.
With life experience, training, and the skill and wisdom gained from years of working as a mediator, Ray is well positioned to guide you, you & your ex-partner, your organization/company, and/or your family through the conflict you are experiencing and help you achieve your desired outcomes.
Kaitlin Thomson

Kaitlin was born and raised in Swift Current. She began her journey to becoming a mediator in 2017, with training from the ADR Institute of Saskatchewan and internships with both the Dispute Resolution Office and Grasslands Mediation. Her 15+ years of experience owning and operating a local business and her ties to and knowledge of the agricultural sector give her a wealth of experiences that are an asset as a mediator in various settings.
Kaitlin is passionate about providing people with a dispute resolution option that is empowering, efficient, and effective. She is ready to offer you the best of her training and experience.
